So, if you know me, you know I go on “kicks.”
I eat healthy for awhile…and then I give up.
I work out for awhile…and then I give up.
I write regularly for awhile…and I won’t give up (I need to keep going, or I owe $50 to a charity)!
Anyways, this is what I do–err, this is what I did (with piano, guitar, yoga, meditation, etc., etc.).
But, I think that’s because I’ve always bit off more than I could chew, and I didn’t have the motivation and accountability factor before (this blog; all of you).
In January I posted every day to this blog, and now it’s a habit.
In February I’m writing every day (to form a habit).
And in March, I KNOW my goal needs to be health related.
One thing is for sure, and that is that I’m going to take advantage of my friend Spencer’s pool more often.
